Frequently Asked Questions

Is prior modelling or fashion experience required?

No. We are open to children aged 2–18 years. No prior modelling or fashion experience is required, beginners are welcome

Can both boys and girls participate?

Yes. Half Scale Fashion League is open to boys and girls aged 2–18 years, competing in their respective age categories.

Is Half Scale Academy mandatory for the Grand Finale? What is it?

No. Half Scale Academy is optional. It is a 6-session creative learning program (5 Academy Classes + 1 Grand Finale Rehearsal), with each session lasting approximately 2–3 hours. Children learn creative thinking, fashion design, textile art, communication, AI in fashion, and portfolio development before graduating and participating in the Grand Finale. Selected participants can choose either the Standard Championship Journey or the Pro Academy + Championship Journey.

Is training provided?

Yes. All Grand Finale participants receive professional training before the championship, including grooming, ramp walk training, stage presence, rehearsals, and choreography to help them perform confidently on the runway.

What is the fee structure and what does my child get?

The Digital Audition Registration Fee is ₹999, which includes your child’s official entry, audition guidelines, and video evaluation by the HSFL jury.

Participants selected for the Grand Finale can choose between the Standard Championship Journey (₹19,999 + GST) and the Pro Academy + Championship Journey (₹27,999 + GST).

Both journeys include ramp walk training, rehearsals, contestant kit, Grand Finale participation, championship certificate, official contestant badge, and eligibility for category awards.

The Pro Academy + Championship Journey additionally includes 5 Academy Classes, 1 Grand Finale Rehearsal, graduation ceremony, academic transcript, creative portfolio, professional photoshoot, AI & design learning, creative journal, and an Academic Proficiency Certificate, making it a complete creative learning experience before the championship.

Terms & Refund Policy

  1. All registration, audition, academy, and Grand Finale fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. Selection is based solely on the HSFL evaluation process and structured judging criteria.
  3. The judges’ and HSFL committee’s decisions are final and binding.
  4. Participation does not guarantee selection, a title, prize, or award.
  5. A parent or legal guardian must complete the registration and payment on behalf of the participant.
  6. Half Scale Fashion League reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, or format if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
  7. By participating, you grant Half Scale Fashion League the right to use photographs and videos of the participant for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
